Practical terms for using the current free RankScout prototype.
This draft is for website development and needs approval by the site owner. Legal entity, governing law and contact details have not been provided and are not invented.
Prototype availability
RankScout currently provides an informational website and a free browser-based keyword idea generator. Research, account, and billing capabilities described as planned are not yet offered.
No guarantee of SEO outcomes
Keyword phrases are brainstorming suggestions and may not correspond to actual search demand. RankScout does not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, income or other results. Verify information independently before making business decisions.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, interfere with other visitors, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent prototype results as verified SEO metrics.
Your input and exports
You are responsible for the content you enter and the way you use, verify or publish generated phrases. Avoid submitting private, confidential or third-party information into tools unless their handling is suitable for that data.
Intellectual property
The website’s brand, design, code and authored copy belong to their respective rights holders. Visitors may use generated research ideas for their own planning, subject to applicable law and rights of others.
Availability and changes
This is software in development. Features may change, become unavailable or contain errors. You should maintain your own backups of any information you choose to keep.
Liability and legal review
Any limitations of liability, governing law, contact details and required consumer disclosures must be determined by the site owner with appropriate advice before production use. This draft deliberately does not invent a legal entity or jurisdiction.
Future paid services
There are no paid RankScout features in this release. If subscriptions are added, separate billing terms and clear payment disclosures will be required before charging users.
